-Badass Marketers AKA Bam AKA Rent Digital Assets (I hate it when courses do this multiple names thing) is A lead generation course
-It teaches you everything about creating digital real estate (or high ranking websites), and then renting them out to local businesses. So that those businesses can get clients and customers. Since most business owners don’t have time to build high quality websites and rank them, so that they get thousands of views every month, this is where you would come in.
-Then once these websites are getting hundreds or thousands of views, and providing leads to businesses monthly, these businesses are willing to keep paying you monthly in order to keep getting these leads (customers). And then you can scale up and find more clients and rinse and repeat.
Who was it created by? And can you trust them?
-It was created by a guy named Joshua Osborne.
-Over the last 5 years Joshua has grown his digital real estate empire to over $42,000 a month.
-He owns 12 businesses in total.
What’s different about it?
-One thing that is different about it is that you don’t have to use facebook ads for leads. Which is amazing. Facebook ads are NOT easy. OR cheap.
-Another thing thats different is that you own the websites that you create, not the business owners. Which is also good, because you are building your own asset, not someone elses.

-Basically, how it works is you learn how to create digital real estate (high ranking websites). Meaning when someone searches google for something like a “Tree trimming service in San Diego”, your client’s website will be at the top.
-Then you rent those websites out to local businesses so they can get more leads.
-Every time a local business gets a lead from that site, they are happy. Because more leads, means more customers, and more money for them.
-Then they continue paying you monthly for this lead generating site you have rented to them because they are making more money, so they are willing to pay you for it.
Who is it for?
-This course would be good for Beginners who really want to learn lead generation and local marketing.
-If you are willing to put in a lot of time and effort to finding clients and negotiating with them, this could be good for you.
-If you are good in high pressure situations and face to face conversations and sales, and negotiations, this could be perfect for you.
Who is it not for?
-If you don’t want to deal with high pressure situations and clients, because you just aren’t that type of person, this would not be good for you.
-If You’re looking for a mostly passive income business where you don’t have to deal with people face to face on a daily or even monthly basis, then this would not be good for you. There will be a lot of that.
Pros
-There is done for you content and templates.
-The course has a lot of good content.
-The creator is legit and successful.
-Lead generation can make you thousands per month if you work hard enough at it.
-You don’t have to use Facebook ads!
Cons
-Lead generation is not easy, or passive by any means. At least not for the first year or two until you have a team of employees that can help you.
-First you need professional knowledge and high level of people skills. Then you need a lot of time, effort, investment, and determination to start getting profitable results.
-Finding clients and keeping them happy can be like having multiple bosses.
Better Alternatives?
–Affiliate Tube Success Academy, A complete High Ticket Affiliate Marketing Course, teaching you how to be an expert at Google SEO and Youtube, by showing you how to rank #1 on google immediately. And knowing how to rank #1,2,and 3 on Google and Youtube means you can basically sell anything to anyone. It’s like having the golden ticket. Billions of people search on google every day. So ranking on google means traffic. And traffic equals money. I highly recommend this course.
-If you don’t have the money to invest in the course above (its not cheap, because it is basically a high ticket affiliate marketing business in a box) then you can start here with Legendary Marketer. Its an affiliate marketing course as well. It is a very legit, good affiliate marketing course, however you are going to have to figure out the traffic side of it a little more on your own. (Traffic is what equals money in affiliate marketing.)
Testimonials/Other reviews
-There are some good reviews, and some good testimonials. Many good reviews are from their students and are obviously biased though.
-There are not many bad reviews, but it’s hard to find non-biased ones.
-The Daily SEM is also a longtime legit blog that has a full complete review of this course. He recommends Local Marketing Vault instead of this course.
What does it cost?
-To find out what it exactly costs, you have to get on a sales call, which generally means it’s around $5000 or more. And I really didn’t want to get on a call. Sorry guys.
-But one reddit user claimed they got on a sales call and were told it was $7000, and when they said that was too high and they couldn’t afford it, the sales person dropped it to $5000. So make sure if you decide to buy the course, you talk them down.
Refunds/Guarantees?
-There are no refunds or guarantees that I could find. Generally with high ticket courses that are a few thousand dollars or more, they don’t give guarantees or refunds. I don’t really know why, but that’s just how it is unless it says different.
Final Thoughts
-Local marketing is tough. You can make quite a bit of money in a short amount of time, IF you are willing to put yourself in high pressure situations with clients, and get rejected over and over, and deal with keeping them happy on a regular basis.
-To me, that sounds like my worst nightmare. I wanted to get online to make passive income without having to deal with people face to face and without feeling stress from other humans. I like being behind the scenes.
-If you are ok with being outgoing and persistent, and a salesmen, then this might be for you.
Final Verdict
-I do NOT recommend this course.
-I generally recommend courses that are good for beginners and can make you mostly passive income, without having to spend your entire savings account.The price is supposedly very high, and I don’t like when courses don’t tell you the price until you get on a call. It feels shady.
-Also lead generation can be really hard. You have to be a salesmen. You have to be ON all the time. You have to search out clients, and get rejected a bunch of times before you find one. And then when you do find one, you have to constantly be keeping them happy so you don’t lose their business.
-Its a bit faster than affiliate marketing, if you are good at it. But its definitely much less passive.
-Affiliate marketing commissions are 50% most the time, which is very high for not having to own or create a product or inventory at all. You can create content around anything you like, and promote any product you want, and you never have to talk to clients or sell anything face to face. You just make content, place your link, and if people want to buy they can. If not, they can leave you alone.
