-Real Ecom Automation is a Done-For-You Walmart FBA automation service
-It used to be a completely done for you Amazon FBA business, but now he has switched it to Walmart. Basically everything else is the same.
-FBA has some very hefty competition that comes with it, so the creator is offering to do it all for you. For a price.
Who was it created by?
-Raphael Vargas, started off in real estate investing. He has a lot of professional experience with sales and business, but hardly any in ecommerce.
-He does have around 10k subscribers on youtube, but it is positioned around real estate investing, no ecommerce or internet marketing
What’s different about it?
-Its using Walmart’s fulfillment center, rather than Amazon’s
-Its literally completely done for you
-It costs more than a down payment on a house
-Its created by someone who has no previous experience in internet marketing
-Vargas says you don’t have to worry about traffic, because it is “built in” to amazon. Ummmm… whut? There are thousands of other people selling the same stuff..with thousands of reviews. How are you going to beat them out for the first page? He doesn’t say.
What’s Included?
-Access to the services of Raphael Vargas and his team.
-They build you an entire store and handle everything needed to grow it.
How does it work?
-You pay Vargas a TON of money, and then him and his team promise to do all of this for you:
-Step 1: Product Research. The product you choose, when it comes to selling on Walmart and Amazon both, can literally make or break you. If you pick the wrong product, your screwed. If you pick the right product, you can become a millionaire. Its like gambling.
-Step 2: Create your listing. It’s actually quite complex, I once hired a company and paid them a thousand dollars to set up my amazon listing the right way. And that was 4 years ago. You have to have the right type of photos, the write kind of copy/text, and keywords that boost your listing to the top. Because no one buys amazon products off the second page. And it’s similar with Walmart. Although there is not as much competition. So they will likely have a better chance of getting you ranked on the first page. Which may increase your chances of making money with this business venture in the future.
-Step 3: Supplier selection and Inventory Management. Once you select your product, you have to decide which supplier you are going to get it from. Do you want to save money or shipping time?.. Is the big question. Customers care about shipping time these days. Amazon prime has made us all expect our packages within one day. So if you are getting your shipping from china and its going to be a hundred bucks cheaper, but its going to take a month to get to your customer, you are likely not going to have that customer buy anything else from you. They will move on to amazon in a heartbeat. Wouldn’t you?
-Step 4: Order Processing and Returns. Each order must be taken and set up with a tracking number. And if a customer asks for their money back, its beneficial for your reputation as a seller to do it. And make sure it’s an easy process and done in a timely manner.
-Step 5: Order tracking. As your business grows, you will have thousands of tracking numbers. Your customer doesn’t get their package, you need to know where it is and if they are going to get it or not.
-Step 6: Customer service and collecting reviews. Reviews on amazon are one way to get to page 1. Amazon is very particular on how you ask for reviews though. So be careful you don’t get your seller account suspended.
-Step 7: Scaling. This is how you go from $5k a month to $35k a month.
-These are all the steps that Real Ecom takes so that you don’t have to. Which is why next, they will be taking 25% of product sales, and then you keep the other 75%.

-You have $25k and good credit, and you want to start an online business without doing any work.
-You don’t mind if after a few years, the creator of your business moves on and you have to start over.
Who is it not for?
-You want to have an online business that you can make money from for years to come, because you have learned how to do it yourself.
-You don’t have $25-40k in startup capital and credit
Pros
-Raphael vargas is very passionate and positive in his trainings
-There are a solid amount of reviews that say vargas’s services are trustworthy
-It is almost completely Done-For-You so its 99% passive
-Vargas is honest about the fact that it will take at least 90 days to see any return on your money
-They are also honest about how much money (credit) you will need
-There is an 18 month money back guarantee, which is pretty amazing. See “Guarantees” below.
Cons
-$25-40k in up front costs (capital) needed for them to set everything up for you, and then for you to purchase the inventory.
-Vargas is basically doing everything for you, so you really have to trust that he’s going to make you successful.
-You also have to trust that he wont do anything shady or illegal, you are basically a passenger in your own business.
Testimonials/Other reviews
-Some good testimonials where people were saying that the system works, and it’s all done for you so its super easy. But it did feel like they were paid testimonials. And I have no way of knowing if that’s true, but that’s just the vibe I got.
What does it cost?
-You have to book a call to find out exactly, but from all the reviews online, its about $25k and then you need minimum $10k in credit (or more cash) to pay for inventory/products to sell.
Guarantee/Refunds?
-Supposedly there is an 18 month money back guarantee, where he would refund you the difference of what you invested minus how much money your store made.
-That seems like a pretty legit refund policy, but make sure you have your lawyer read the fine print on that, before you sign anything. Because $25k is a lot of money.

-How Much Capital Do I Need To Run A $100K Per Month Store? The scale on your store depends on the amount of your credit because Walmart Marketplace pays out all sales proceeds every 2 weeks. So you will need around $30,000 – $50,000 on a credit card. Which you can also receive 2%-5% cash back or more depending on the credit card (so you can make all that FREE cash back money).
-How Long Does It Take To Hit $100k Per Month? There is not set in stone answer to this as there are too many variables like account health, reviews and many other factors. In fact, we can’t guarantee your store will hit $100k and nobody can for that matter. In our experience, we’re seeing about 6-12 months to take a new store from wherever it is to $100k per month in sales.
-What Do I Have To Do On A Daily Basis? NOTHING…Our team does it all for you! BUT you need to ensure capital is flowing from your credit card all the time. We do not want to run out of money to process orders!

Final Thoughts
-$25,000 is an insane price
-There are really really good courses available that teach you how to build your own business, and still give you a ton of done for you content, for a couple thousand dollars rather than 25 thousand.
-However if you are super lazy and have a bunch of money that you want to invest in a business, this might be one that could potentially be making you money on autopilot within a few months.
Final Verdict
-I can’t in good conscience recommend this to anyone. $25k is such a ridiculous amount of money to ask people to invest, when there are legitimate courses teaching you how to build your own passive income. Yes, everything is done for you, and I am a lazy human at heart, so this sounds really nice. But you really have no control over this business at all. If Vargas decides he doesn’t want to do Walmart FBA anymore (Like he recently did with Amazon), then what? You have no idea what he was doing because he did it all for you. So you don’t have a business anymore.
When I started my passive income online journey, there were so many people and gurus saying they could help me make money online with just a few clicks of a button. It sounded wonderful. And I just kept buying them, and finding out that you had to put in work. And I just kept thinking I’d find one that would be super easy eventually, because all these other people seemed to be making money without any work, so why couldn’t I?
Well it’s because that’s a marketing tactic. To get you to buy a course or a product. So knowing that every single course was going to take work, what I started looking for instead, was a course that was up front about the work you would have to put in. And The software that you would have to pay for. And the price. Because those are the courses that are real. And will actually show you step by step what to do. And how to make your first dollar. And how to scale from there. And then you have your own business that you can grow, and have control over, and make money from for the rest of your life. And give to your kids so that they can make passive income too.
So after $50k+ testing different courses out, I finally found one that teaches you a practical way to make long term passive income. And it shows you more than one way. So if you realize that you don’t like one aspect of it, you can leave that out, and use the rest. For example, I don’t like facebook ads. This course teaches google SEO and Youtube and Tiktok, Pinterest, etc, etc… so you can decide which one or a couple you want to use. It shows you how to use articles and blogging, or if you don’t like to write it shows you how to use youtube. And if you don’t want to show your face on youtube, it shows you how to do that too. It gives you an entire webinar for free so that you can know every single thing that’s included and how it works so There will be no surprises. And it even gives you an entire second account for free. Literally just an entire second account. That includes everything the first account includes. So that you can have someone else to do it with. To keep each other motivated, and bounce ideas off each other. To have support, so you aren’t doing it alone. You can do it with your spouse, your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, your coworker, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, your kid, your bestie. And if you want, you guys can split the cost. This aspect is amazing to me. That the creator actually realized people will likely be more successful if they aren’t doing this alone. Just like having someone to go to the gym with, so that they can hold you accountable and you will actually go. I just think that’s so cool. There is no other course doing that. He really cares about you and your success.
