Who is this chic and why should I listen to her reviews over other peoples?
Many of my reviews are done through hours and hours of research. Scouring the web, and youtube, and other reviews, and testimonials, etc, etc, etc, to give you the best mash up of Non-Biased information as possible. I go into my research of each product as if I was about to buy the product and I need to do as much research as possible before making a decision. I spend the hours and hours of time researching, so that you dont have to. You might be thinking you should find a review done from someone who has taken the course. But most of the time, people who have taken the course are receiving a commission if they then sell you the course. So they have an incentive to write a good review so that you will buy. Which makes their reviews somewhat biased. I do not buy every single one of the courses I review. Income School’s Project 24 Review
What is Income School?
A website and youtube channel about building passive income niche websites. Its goal is to teach people how to build passive income through blogging and building youtube channels. Monetized by affiliate marketing and display ads.
Why is it called Project 24?
Project 24 is an online course BY Income School that promises to teach you how to build passive income websites. It’s called Project 24 because it’s expected to take students about two years before they’re earning job replacement income. Now this may sound like a lot of time to you, but this is one thing that I really like and appreciate about this course. They are honest and realistic. As you’ve heard me say in other reviews, authenticity is hard to come by in internet marketing these days.
This is real. It takes most people 4 years to get through college and come out still not knowing enough to get a good job sometimes. It takes most new businesses 2 years of zero profits before they start seeing any ROI at all. There is no course that you can buy that is going to make you rich in a couple months. And the fact that these guys tell you that, not only up front, but right in the name, is something that I really appreciate.
I also really like that they don’t make any guarantee of success on their site. They make it clear that your success is a direct reflection of how much effort you put in. These guys are realists.
Who is it for?
What they say on their page is that it is intended for beginners as well as advanced internet marketers. It is also most definitely geared towards parents who want side jobs to help support their family. They mention this a lot in their course and sales page.
It is definitely not for people who are looking to make a quick buck. As said previously, it is expected to take up to 2 years to make this your full time business. However, if you don’t have a lot of time right now and your are working full time and just want something that you can maybe put an hour a day into, then this is that. Which is maybe why they say it takes so long to get to a full time position.
How does it work?
There are 60 steps that lead you through things like picking a niche (which is where almost every money making site starts you at.) Setting up your website, writing articles, creating videos, learning SEO, and monetizing.
Your goal is to complete the 60 steps within 2 months and create about 5-10 pieces of content per month for your site. They are very honest and up front about the low amount of money you will be making at first. Which is another piece of authentic information. The less content you have, the less money you will be making. This is a general rule of thumb for internet marketers. At month 6, they only expect you to be making around $6, however at month 24 they expect you to be making around $8000 per month. So if you have the patience and perseverance, it will be worth it and you will have longevity. Which is important in any business.
Pros and cons
Pros-There is a bustling community where you can get answers to a lot of your questions in a timely manner and advice from people who have completed the course and are successful in the exact thing you are trying to do. This is a big pro in my opinion. Community and answers to questions quickly is what makes building a business for a beginner seem doable. They are also very transparent and up front. They aren’t salesy or scammy. They are real. That’s a big pro in the internet world.
Cons- It takes a long time to see any return on investment. And also, their “one hour a day” motto is not enough if you really want to be successful with this. And my other con for this course is that they don’t teach you how to monetize until the end. Which can be frustrating.
So how much does it cost?
$449 for the first year and $199 per year after that. So if you stay in the course for a full 2 years, you’ll spend a total of $648 for the course. And obviously if you want to continue on, it will be $199 more each year.
This is a really reasonable price for a course with so much information and training. Some courses offering much less than this are asking $3-6k.
Final Thoughts
This is a decent course. It’s not my favorite, but its real and authentic. The creators are successful at building niche sites and they are teaching their students the same things. You can see that many of their students are successful and the approach that they take to niche sites and building passive income, overall, seems to be working for them and their students.
