Who is this chic and why should I listen to her reviews over other peoples?
Many of my reviews are done through hours and hours of research. Scouring the web, and youtube, and other reviews, and testimonials, etc, etc, etc, to give you the best mash up of Non-Biased information as possible. I go into my research of each product as if I was about to buy the product and I need to do as much research as possible before making a decision. I spend the hours and hours of time researching, so that you dont have to. You might be thinking you should find a review done from someone who has taken the course. But most of the time, people who have taken the course are receiving a commission if they then sell you the course. So they have an incentive to write a good review so that you will buy. Which makes their reviews somewhat biased. I do not buy every single one of the courses I review. Google Maps Elite Review 2021 | Lead Generation With Chad Kimball and the Arbor Academy
Hey guys, it’s me Annie here to give you another short review on another way to make money online. Honest reviews and short reviews are what I’m about. So, if you want to know all about Chad Kimball and Google Maps elite program by the Arbor Academy. Tune in for the next couple minutes.
Who Created it?
Chad Kimball, he has nine plus years successful lead generation guru. He has taught his 15 year old daughter how to create a 6 figure business with lead generation and built a course through the Arbor Academy to teach others too.
What is lead generation?
It’s basically a business where you are finding leads (or potential customers) and sending them to small local businesses, and then you get paid either per lead or with a flat monthly rate, the way that it works is, Chad teaches you how to buy and rent out top search results on Google Maps listing space for local businesses.
How does it work?
So you could go Google a service like “roofers” and then pick a city, so you would type in “Roofers in San Diego” into Google, the businesses at the top of the page already have advertising and they don’t need your services so what you do is you go to the second, third or even fourth page of Google and find a roofer in San Diego without a spot on Google Maps on the first page. Then you call or email that business and you offer to send them customers for free. And then once they received those customers and leads and make a little bit of money they’re going to want you to keep sending them those customers and they will be willing to pay you for that. So that’s when you start charging them because now they are making a lot more money and so they can afford to pay you for that.
What’s Included?
Chad Kimball’s training is a series of 67 video tutorials about lead generation through google maps. A few examples are:
-Google algorithm
-Website authority
-Backlinking resources
-You learn a lot about Google, which is very valuable in 2021.
Cost:
The cost is supposed to be around $1,000 But I think there’s definitely some upsells, so it’s a little bit high price for me, even though, let me tell you, I’ve spent way way more than that for worse courses.
Cons:
-You’re not really told the full price anywhere as you’re supposed to call them and do an onboarding call where you talk to somebody before finding out how much it will cost. I have done things like this before, where they usually ask you how much money you have in your savings to be able to spend, and then they give you a price. So I honestly feel like you might even be able to talk someone down on price. But I still don’t like that they aren’t just up front about it.
-There’s also lots of fluff. Quite sales pitchy.
-On top of the course, price, you need a little bit of money to buy Google Maps ad space so you need a little bit of money to start out.
Pros
-You don’t have to meet with a client in person so you can do this from your home. That’s huge right now.
-Sells itself. You are providing business owners with customers, so this is a business model that basically sells itself, business owners will always need customers and will always be willing to pay for them so it’s very stable monthly income, and you know it’s not like you’re trying to sell ice to Eskimos, you know, you’re, you’re selling something that everybody who owns a business needs which is customers and they’re always going to need that.
Who is it for?
-If you don’t mind having clients that you have to work with, meaning you don’t mind having several “bosses” that you have to deal with on a monthly basis.
-If you have a couple thousand dollars to spend on the course and marketing.
-If you are someone who wants to learn lead generation through using google maps.
Who it’s not for?
-If you don’t like having to talk to people and deal with clients, this business is not for you
Final Thoughts
Lead generation itself is a great business. Once you have a few clients paying you monthly for customers you have yourself an evergreen stable business. It’s not hard, you just have to be willing to talk to clients on occasion through email or on the phone, a lot of affiliate marketers and internet marketers don’t like to do that, which can be good because it takes away a lot of your competition in that sense. So, if you’re cool with talking to people on occasion, and dealing with clients, this is a great way to do it as far as the course goes.
I’m kind of on the fence about it, as it’s a high price for the course that you can find other courses on lead generation that cost a little less and you can also find a lot of information just for free on Google and YouTube about lead generation and figure it out yourself, if you just want to do a little bit more work in and save a lot more money. However, you will be spending your time, which is a valuable thing.
Overall I do recommend lead generation as a business, but I think Offline Sharks teach a better course on lead generation, and you can check out my review of their course as well. I’m not an affiliate for either one, so these reviews are just honest opinions from someone who has spent thousands of dollars and hours on online courses.
